SHIPPING INFORMTION We ship UPSP Priority Mail. We can ship UPS or Fedex upon request. Once your package ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. Orders from Fancy Stitches can be shipped to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and APS/FPO miliary addresses.
You do have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery, such as Express Mail, but there will be extra charges. Please call us at 904-692-1258 for an exact price for this shipping method.
Items will ship out within the noted time frame noted on each item. If you need an item faster, please let us know. We will try what we can to get your item out to you as quickly as possible, but a Rush Charge may be included.
There are a few times a year when we get a little busier than others, like Mother's Day and Christmas. During these busy times we may have to extend our turnaround times. Please bear with us during these busy times. Call us if you have questions about the turnaround of items during our busy seasons.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Fancy Stitches does ship items internationally. Please contact us BY PHONE for international orders! We will make the proper arrangements with you concerning your order and we will ship the order occording to current USPS rates.
AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, please inspect the package carefully for any potential damages that ma have occured during shipping. Carefully inspect the contents of the package and contents inside. It is normal the packaging to show some wear, however, if damage did occur to the contents inside, please follow these steps:
1. Accept the package, but make note of the damage on the shipping receipt and sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.
2. Contact us IMMEDIATELY at 904-692-1258. We will give you further instructions when you call.
